📋 Program Description

SettlementRadar operates an SMS alert program that sends you text messages about settlement deadline reminders and new class action settlements that match your interests. Messages are sent from our short code or toll-free number.

✉️ Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on active settlements and upcoming deadlines. You may receive up to a few messages per week during peak filing periods. We will never send promotional or marketing messages unrelated to settlement alerts.

🛑 How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages from SettlementRadar at any time using any of these methods:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message we send you.
• Log in to your account at settlementradar.com/account and disable SMS alerts in your notification settings.
• Email us at support@settlementradar.com with your phone number and a request to opt out.

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. Following that confirmation, you will receive no further SMS messages from us. You can re-enroll at any time by logging into your account settings.

SMS alerts are available on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier support may vary. SettlementRadar is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and opt-in consent are stored securely and never sold to third parties. We use your number solely to send settlement deadline alerts and relevant notifications. See our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Use of SettlementRadar SMS alerts is subject to our Terms of Service. By opting in to SMS alerts, you consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded text messages from SettlementRadar at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or use of our service.
