Who counts as a "household member"?
Anyone who lives at the same address — spouse, partner, children, or other relatives. You manage all members from your account dashboard. The plan covers up to 5 people total (you + 4 others).
Do household members need their own accounts?
No. You add them to your account and file claims on their behalf. Claims are tracked individually under each member's name so records stay organized.
How is this different from filing one claim for the whole family?
Class action settlements pay each eligible individual separately. If a settlement pays $30 per person and you file for 4 household members, that's $120 instead of $30. The Family Plan makes it easy to do this for every eligible settlement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Account Settings → Subscription. You retain access through the end of your billing period. No refunds on used periods — see our Refund Policy.
What if I already have a Pro or Pro+ subscription?
The Family Plan is a separate product designed specifically for multi-person households. If you have questions about which plan is right for you, email us and we'll help you figure it out.
