1. About SettlementRadar

SettlementRadar ("we," "us," or "our") is an information and filing assistance service. We aggregate publicly available information about open class action settlements and provide tools to help consumers check eligibility and submit claims.

We are not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Settlement eligibility determinations are made by settlement administrators, not by SettlementRadar.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SettlementRadar (including settlementradar.com and related subdomains), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Filing Assistance Service

Our filing assistance service submits your settlement claim on your behalf using information you provide. By purchasing filing assistance, you:

• Represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• Authorize us to submit your claim to the settlement administrator.
• Acknowledge that we cannot guarantee claim approval or payout amounts.
• Understand that all filing assistance purchases are non-refundable once payment is processed (see our Refund Policy).

Submitting false or fraudulent claims is a violation of these terms and may constitute fraud. We reserve the right to cancel orders and report suspected fraud to authorities.

4. Pro & Pro+ Subscriptions

Pro and Pro+ subscriptions provide enhanced features including personalized alerts, saved claims, and premium tools. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

• All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Cancel before day 8 to pay nothing.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins (see Refund Policy).
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. Employer & Law Firm Services

SettlementRadar offers B2B subscription services for employers (employee wellness benefit) and law firms (API access and advertising). These services are subject to these terms plus any additional agreements entered at purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or inaccurate claim information.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract site data without written permission.
• Attempt to access accounts or systems you do not own.
• Use the site to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with site operations or security features.
• Reverse engineer the site or its underlying technology.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Settlement Information Accuracy

We aggregate settlement data from public sources including court records, the FTC, CFPB, SEC, state attorneys general, and class action news sources. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Deadlines and payout amounts may change after publication. Always verify with the official settlement administrator before relying on any information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SettlementRadar — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to SettlementRadar and protected by copyright law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. All other reproduction or use requires written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SETTLEMENTRADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SettlementRadar, its owners, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your submission of false claim information.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Affiliate Program

Participation in the SettlementRadar affiliate program is subject to additional terms provided at signup. Affiliates must not engage in deceptive marketing practices. We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent referrals.
