Refund Policy

Filing Assistance

Filing assistance is a one-time flat-fee service. Once you pay, we begin preparing and submitting your claim immediately. Because this service is delivered digitally and work begins right away, all filing assistance purchases are non-refundable.

This does not affect your underlying claim — if your settlement claim is rejected or ineligible, the settlement administrator (not SettlementRadar) makes that determination, and our fee is not tied to the outcome of your claim.

Pro & Pro+ Subscriptions

Subscription plans (Pro and Pro+) are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• Your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.

Annual plans are non-refundable once payment is processed. If you forget to cancel before your renewal date and reach out within 48 hours, we'll consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

Free Trial

Pro and Pro+ subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before day 8, no payment is collected — no refund is needed.

Exceptions

We know rules can feel rigid, and life happens. If any of these apply, email us and we'll review:

• You were charged twice due to a billing error.
• A technical failure on our side prevented service delivery.
• You were charged after canceling (this shouldn't happen, but we'll fix it).

We won't leave you stuck if something on our end broke.
