The short version: All sales are final. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — access continues through the end of your paid billing period, with no partial refunds. One-time purchases are non-refundable. Questions? Email contact@settlementradar.com.

Consumer Subscriptions — Pro, Pro+, Family

All subscription plans (monthly or annual) may be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or for periods in which the subscription was active but not actively used.

Filing Assistance — $12.99

Filing assistance is an administrative document preparation service. We submit your claim to the relevant settlement administrator on your behalf based on the information you provide. All filing assistance purchases are non-refundable.

Eligibility and payout decisions are made solely by the settlement administrator — we cannot control or guarantee claim approvals or payout amounts. Our fee covers the filing service itself, not the outcome of your claim.

Guided Filing — $24.99

Guided Filing is a step-by-step filing assistance service. All Guided Filing purchases are non-refundable. As with all filing assistance, eligibility and payout decisions are made solely by the settlement administrator. Our fee covers the guided filing service itself, not the outcome of your claim.

Law Firm, Employer & API Subscriptions

All B2B subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Access continues through the end of your paid billing period. All subscription fees are non-refundable; no refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods.

Exception — Service Delivery Failure

If SettlementRadar genuinely fails to deliver the promised service and is unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a review under this exception, email contact@settlementradar.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
