What does "unlimited filing assistance" mean?

On any paid subscription (Pro, Pro+, or Family), we will file as many settlement claims as you qualify for — with no per-claim charges. Free users pay $9.99 per individual claim.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

What's the Family Plan's per-person coverage?

Each of the up to 6 household members gets their own personalized alerts, their own claim tracker, and their own monthly "Money You Missed" report. Most class action settlements pay per eligible individual — that's where the Family Plan really pays off.
