Does the data include PII?

No PII whatsoever. The API returns settlement metadata — case names, categories, eligibility criteria, payout ranges, deadlines, court information, and aggregated claim counts. No individual user data, names, emails, or addresses are ever exposed.

How is data sourced and how fresh is it?

Settlement data is sourced daily from court records, the FTC, CFPB, SEC, state attorneys general, and class action notification sites. The database is updated every 24 hours. Claim counts update in near real-time as users file through SettlementRadar.

What are the white-label rights on Enterprise?

Enterprise licensees may display SettlementRadar data in their own products without prominently attributing SettlementRadar as the source. You may not resell raw data as a standalone data product. See the Terms of Service for full licensing terms.
