Colorado Eligibility
The settlement benefits individuals who purchased or leased Mercedes-Benz vehicles between model year 2015 and the present that are covered by a high-priced parts warranty (HPP Warranty) and who paid to diagnose, repair or replace certain parts of their vehicles. Those eligible for the settlement must have a vehicle that was registered in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia or Washington between 2015 and the present and must have paid to diagnose, repair or replace one or more of the following parts between four years/50,000 miles and seven years/70,000 miles: 1. Manifold PCV connection assembly 2. Power train control unit (PCM) 3. Accelerator pedal sensor 4. Accelerator pedal 5. Partial load operation crankcase ventilation valve 6. Clean air line 7. Pressure sensor downstream of air filter
