They paid any amount of money for retail purchases of Valsartan finished drug formulations that used the Hetero Process III Valsartan active pharmaceutical ingredient. They made the purchase between May 1, 2018, and July 31, 2018. Class members can check the National Drug Code on their prescription bottle or pharmacy records to determine if their medication qualifies. Qualifying prescriptions may include National Drug Codes 31722-747-90 (160mg) and 31722-748-90 (320mg). Pharmacy benefit managers do not qualify for this settlement.
