Class members must meet all of the following criteria: They owned or leased a Mercedes-Benz vehicle (model year 2015 or newer) registered in one of the following states during the relevant period: The “HPP warranty” from Mercedes-Benz USA covered their vehicle. The warranty applies to high-priced, emissions-related parts between four years/50,000 miles and seven years/70,000 miles (excluding electric vehicles).
