The job posting for the position they applied for did not disclose the wage scale or salary range for the position or a general description of all benefits and other compensation to be offered to the hired applicant OR They otherwise have a claim against Rivian for any claims arising out of or relating to a violation of RCW 49.58.110, including claims for relief under RCW 49.58.060, RCW 49.58.070 and/or RCW 49.58.110, actual damages, statutory damages, interest and attorneys’ fees and costs.
