Who qualifies:
The following individuals are eligible to file a claim: Current or former nonexempt classified employees and OBRs (however titled) who worked for Box Inc. in the United States during these periods: April 1, 2019, to May 15, 2025, in New York or New Jersey April 1, 2021, to May 15, 2025, in California April 1, 2022, to May 15, 2025, in all other U.S. states The settlement divides class members into two main groups: Nonexempt employees: Hourly, nonexempt employees (other than OBRs) whom Box allegedly did not pay overtime at the correct rate because it did not include RSU awards in the regular rate of pay Outbound business representatives: Employees whom Box allegedly did not pay for all hours worked and whom it also did not include RSU awards in the regular rate for overtime calculations
