Can we see what employees are claiming?

No. Employer accounts manage seats and billing only. Employees' claim activity, personal details, and settlement history are completely private. This is by design — same reason you don't see employee bank balances.

How does employee enrollment work?

After you subscribe, you get a unique invite link. Forward it to your employees — they click it, enter their email, and Pro access is activated instantly. No CSV, no IT, no app to install.

What happens when an employee leaves?

Email us or use the admin portal to remove a seat. Their Pro access is revoked at the next billing cycle. You're only charged for active seats. Simple offboarding, no paperwork.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Month-to-month with no long-term contract (10-seat minimum). Enterprise plans can prepay annually for an additional 10% discount. You can cancel with 30 days notice.

Do you handle data privacy compliance?

Yes. We sign a standard Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with Enterprise clients. We don't sell or share employee data with third parties. SOC 2 report available upon request for Enterprise plans.

How does billing work?

One monthly invoice per company — a single line item for all active seats. We accept ACH, credit card, or check (Enterprise). Invoices are sent on your billing anniversary date each month.
