Where do leads come from?

Leads are generated when visitors on SettlementRadar settlement detail pages click the "Get Legal Help" or "Talk to a Lawyer" button. These are people actively researching specific class action settlements — already in a legal mindset.

Are leads exclusive?

Leads are delivered to one firm per category on a first-match basis. If your firm matches a settlement's category, you get the lead exclusively. We do not sell the same lead to multiple firms.

What happens when my balance runs out?

Lead delivery pauses when your balance hits $0. You'll receive an email notification when your balance drops below $50, giving you time to top up before delivery stops.

Can I get a refund on unused balance?

Yes. Email settlementradar@agentmail.to and we'll refund unused balance within 5 business days.

What's the difference between this and the monthly subscription?

Monthly subscriptions give you advertising placement and brand visibility — your firm logo appears on matching settlement pages. Pay Per Lead gives you direct consumer contact information. They complement each other. Many firms use both.
