The settlement includes three classes of eligible investors: Section 14(a) class: All beneficial holders of Centricus Class A ordinary shares and Centricus units as of the July 26, 2021, record date for the special meeting of shareholders held on Aug. 31, 2021, to consider approval of the merger.
