Individuals who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in this settlement: They worked for America First Credit Union as a nonexempt classified branch employee (regardless of exact job title). America First employed them at any time between Nov. 3, 2022, and July 15, 2025. America First employed them at any branch location in the United States. The settlement administrator will determine eligibility based on AFCU’s employment records. If an individual received a notice about this settlement, it is because AFCU’s records show they worked as a branch employee during the covered period.
