You Keep the Money.

After payment, you'll fill in your name, email, and mailing address — that's it. We then submit your claim directly to the settlement administrator's official portal on your behalf. You'll receive a confirmation number and email when it's done. No form hunting, no confusing portals.

Most settlements don't require proof — you simply certify you were a customer during the class period. For settlements that do require documentation, we'll let you know exactly what's needed and walk you through it. The vast majority of claims we file require no documentation at all.

We file within 24 hours of receiving your information — usually much faster. Complex claims that require manual review may take slightly longer, but we'll keep you updated. The entire process on your end takes about 2 minutes.

Filing fees are non-refundable. If a verified technical error on our end prevents us from submitting your claim, contact contact@settlementradar.com within 7 days — a refund may be issued at our discretion. Eligibility decisions and rejections are made solely by the settlement administrator — that's outside our control. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Settlement payouts are controlled entirely by the settlement administrator and courts — not us. Most payouts happen 3–18 months after the filing deadline closes. We'll notify you when a settlement you've filed moves toward the payout phase.

No. SettlementRadar is an administrative filing assistance service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We help you navigate and submit the publicly available claim forms on your behalf. Filing assistance does not guarantee any specific payout or claim approval.
