Related Cases CASES IN THE NEWS All Cases RealPage Rent Price-Fixing – State of Arizona Hagens Berman has been retained by Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes in filing a consumer-protection lawsuit on behalf of the state of Arizona. MORE McKesson Municipalities AWP Litigation Hagens Berman represented cities, counties and municipalities that alleged they overpaid for medications because McKesson Corporation engaged in a scheme to fraudulently inflate the price of more than 400 brand-name prescription drugs. The case settled for $82 million.
