It depends on the settlement. Some require receipts or account records; others only require a sworn statement. Filter by "No Proof Required" on our main directory to find the easiest claims to file.
How long does it take to receive a settlement payment?
Typically 6–24 months after the claims deadline. Payments are delayed while courts finalize the settlement, approve the claims administrator's report, and authorize distribution to all approved claimants.
