Wilshire Law Firm or an agent acting on Wilshire’s behalf called their cellular telephone number. Wilshire placed the call between Oct. 10, 2020, and Feb. 18, 2026. Wilshire used a prerecorded message in the call. The settlement website estimates the class includes approximately 51,691 unique telephone numbers. Individuals who received a postcard notice from the settlement administrator are likely included in the settlement as their phone number appears in the call records the administrator obtained for the lawsuit. Those who did not receive a postcard but believe they may be a class member can verify their eligibility by calling the settlement administrator at 833-515-7475 and providing their name and cell phone number.
