Who qualifies:
To qualify as a class member eligible to file a claim, individuals must meet all of the following criteria: The person or entity received a call from Register.com Inc. (now Network Solutions LLC). Register.com placed the call to a telephone number assigned to a cellular telephone service. The call used an artificial or prerecorded voice. Register.com placed the call between Feb. 12, 2021, and Nov. 24, 2025. Register.com placed the call after the cellular telephone number was permanently disconnected and made available for reassignment as confirmed by the Federal Communications Commission’s reassigned numbers database. Register.com identified 1,652 calls to 453 unique cell phone numbers that meet these criteria.
