Who qualifies:
Individuals may be eligible to file a claim if all of the following apply: They are a person in the United States. While a student, they logged into the Naviance platform (offered by Hobsons and later PowerSchool Holdings). They logged in at least once between Aug. 18, 2021, and Jan. 23, 2026. Parents or legal guardians can file a claim on behalf of minor students (younger than age 18) who meet these criteria. Those who are responsible for more than one minor student may receive multiple notices, each with a unique student class member ID. Each eligible student requires a separate claim.
