Who qualifies:
Class members must meet the following criteria: Nevada Restaurant Services Inc. employed them at any time between Jan. 1, 2019, and Oct. 14, 2025. They experienced unlawful sexual harassment and/or constructive discharge during their employment. Both current and former employees are eligible regardless of gender. The settlement covers all Nevada Restaurant Services Inc. locations, and there is no restriction based on job title or department. The EEOC will review each submission to determine eligibility and the amount of compensation.
