Who qualifies:
Restaurants must meet all of the following criteria: They must have nine or fewer locations in the City of Chicago all operating under a common business name. The DoorDash or Caviar marketplaces listed them without a contractual relationship at any time between Aug. 27, 2019, and Nov. 14, 2025. They do not have a current contractual agreement with DoorDash or Caviar to be listed on either marketplace. Their business name and address appear as the recipient of the official notice of eligibility for payment.
