Oregon Eligibility

Yes. Both current and former owners and lessees may be eligible. To qualify, the AEM must have been installed on the vehicle on or after August 1, 2023, and you must submit a Valid Claim with the required documentation by September 30, 2026. If you previously owned the vehicle, you must submit a copy of the Bill of Sale showing your prior ownership, along with the final repair order from the authorized dealer proving the AEM installation. Eligibility does not depend on your current state or territory of residency.

Mercedes-Benz Approved Emissions Modification (AEM) Incentive Program: $2,000 payment plus free emissions software repair and extended warranty for 2009-2016 Mercedes-Benz BlueTEC and Freightliner Sprinter BlueTEC II diesel owners and lessees. Part of the December 2025 $149.6M multistate AG settlement (50 states, DC, Puerto Rico) closing the U.S. Mercedes dieselgate matter. AEM installation deadline August 31, 2026; claim deadline September 30, 2026.

Who Is Eligible?
