YouTube TV or DirecTV Stream (also known as DirecTV Now or AT&T TV Now) subscribers between April 1, 2019 and the date of final court approval.

You qualify if you paid for a YouTube TV or DirecTV Stream subscription (including DirecTV Now and AT&T TV Now) at any point between April 1, 2019 and whenever the court grants final approval. You do not need to have an active subscription and cancellation does not disqualify you. No claim form is required — class members will be notified automatically by email or postcard.

Settlement Details

Disney is accused of requiring YouTube TV and DirecTV Stream to bundle ESPN in their lowest-priced packages, which plaintiffs allege artificially inflated subscription prices across the live streaming TV market in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act. The $50 million non-reversionary fund was filed for preliminary approval on March 6, 2026. About 11–28 million subscribers may be eligible. Payments are expected sometime in 2026 — no action needed now, class members will be notified by email or postcard. 90% of the net fund goes to subscribers in repealer jurisdictions; 10% to non-repealer states. Payout per person depends on length of subscription.
