You may apply for a refund if all of these statements are true: You paid for NGL Pro between January 2022 and July 2024 You experienced unauthorized charges. You must be at least 18 to complete a claim form. If you are not yet 18, a parent or guardian must complete the claim form for you. All claims will be reviewed before eligibility is determined.

No proof required! The NGL Settlement is a no-proof settlement. You simply need to confirm your eligibility by answering a few basic questions. No receipts or documentation needed.

The deadline to file a claim for the NGL Settlement is April 6, 2026. That is 9 days from today. Make sure to file before this date to receive your share of the settlement.

Class action settlement payouts are calculated by dividing the total settlement fund by the number of valid claims submitted. Our estimates are based on historical participation rates for similar settlements. Actual amounts are determined by the settlement administrator after the filing deadline.
