The class includes all persons or entities in the United States, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who currently own or lease, or previously owned or leased, certain U.S.-specification BMW vehicles purchased or leased, registered and operated in the United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico. Gather required documentation such as purchase receipts, account records, or identity documents.
