I filed a claim — when do I get paid?
Payout timelines are set by the settlement administrator, not SettlementRadar. We're a directory — we don't administer settlements or process payments. Check the settlement's official website (linked on each listing) or search for the settlement name plus "claim status" to find the administrator's contact info.
A settlement listing has wrong information — how do I report it?
Use the contact form and select "Report incorrect settlement data." Include the settlement name and what's wrong. We'll verify against the official court filing and update within 48 hours. You can also use the Content Removal & Corrections page for formal requests.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription or get a refund?
Email us at contact@settlementradar.com with "Cancel" or "Refund" in the subject line and your account email. We process all requests within 1 business day. Our full refund policy is at /refund-policy.
I'm a journalist or blogger — do you offer media resources?
Yes. We're happy to provide settlement statistics, data licensing, expert quotes, and embargo access to new settlement data. Use the contact form and select "Press / media inquiry" — we typically respond to media requests same-day.
Can I advertise on SettlementRadar?
We partner with settlement administrators, legal publications, and consumer financial brands. We do not accept plaintiff law firm advertising on settlement detail pages. Use the contact form or visit /advertise for our media kit and pricing.
