Settlement deadline reminders — how do you keep track?

I missed two settlements last year just because I forgot the deadline. Now I add every settlement to my Google Calendar the moment I find it — one reminder 30 days out and one 3 days out. Also turned on email alerts here on SettlementRadar. Curious what system others are using — any spreadsheet templates or apps that have worked well for you?
