There's been a noticeable uptick in "no proof required" settlements this year, especially in data breach cases. The logic is that companies can't really dispute that your data was in a breach if it was a known incident. I've collected ~$800 this year across these types of claims with maybe 2 hours of total effort. What's your best "easy win" settlement so far?
