We accept CSV, Excel, and JSON formats. Our onboarding team will work with you to map your fields to our intake format. Most imports take less than 30 minutes to configure.
For settlements requiring proof documents (receipts, account statements, etc.), we flag those claimants in your intake portal. You or your clients upload the documents, and we verify and attach them to the submission. Claims without required proof are flagged as incomplete rather than submitted incorrectly.
On the Managed Service plan, we handle dispute resolution and resubmission at no additional charge. On the Batch Processing plan, we provide a rejection report with reasons — you can resubmit for a reduced per-claim fee.
Yes. All client data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow SOC2 data handling practices, and your client data is never shared or used for any purpose other than processing your claims. Data is deleted on request after claim completion.
Yes. The Managed Service plan is designed for law firms with ongoing class action practices. We track settlements you're managing, alert you to new relevant filings, and can auto-intake new claimants as they sign on.
The minimum for Batch Processing is 100 claims per order, making the minimum invoice $299. If you have fewer than 100 claims, the Managed Service plan may be more cost-effective for your situation — contact us to discuss.
