Connecticut Eligibility
You qualify if you fall into either of two Settlement Classes between May 18, 2016 and March 19, 2026: (1) the Purchaser Settlement Class for U.S. residents who purchased a Google-Made Device including Google Home, Google Home Mini, Google Home Max, Google Nest Hub, Google Nest Hub Max, or any Pixel smartphone; or (2) the Privacy Settlement Class for U.S. Google Assistant users (or members of a User's household) whose communications were recorded by a False Accept or disclosed to a third-party review vendor. You can be a member of one or both classes. Class members may file a claim under either or both classes.
