Who qualifies:
The following individuals are eligible to participate in the settlement: Current and former store managers and assistant store managers who worked for Store Space in Florida, Texas or New England between Oct. 15, 2022, and Oct. 14, 2025 Named plaintiffs, defined as the four individuals who filed the lawsuit and held store manager positions from April 1, 2021, through Oct. 14, 2025 Potential opt-in plaintiffs, meaning store managers or assistant store managers who worked in the covered regions and timeframes, up to a maximum of 199 individuals (including the named plaintiffs) The settlement administrator will determine eligibility and verify workweeks using Store Space’s employment records.
