Individuals are considered class members if they meet all of the following criteria: They purchased one or more products from Siena, Nectar, DreamCloud, CloverLane or Awara. They made the purchase purchase between March 1, 2021, and April 10, 2026. Resident Home advertised the product as being sold at a discount from a higher reference price. They did not received a refund or credit for their purchase(s). The settlement administrator will verify eligibility based on the information provided and Resident Home’s records.
