Individuals are eligible to participate in this settlement if they meet all of the following criteria: They applied for employment at Meathead Movers Inc. at any time between Jan. 1, 2017, and 2026. The company’s hiring or recruitment practices adversely affected them. Meathead Movers identified them as having applied during the claims period. The claims process is open to all applicants, regardless of how many times they applied or whether Meathead ultimately hired them. The EEOC will use information provided in the claims questionnaire to determine eligibility and payment amounts.
