Individuals are considered class members if: They were Boston Sports Club members in Massachusetts during the COVID-19 pandemic. BSC charged them for membership in April 2020 when it closed all locations. They did not already receive a refund or credit for the April 2020 charges. The attorney general and court identified approximately 47,000 consumers who fit these criteria. The settlement administrator used BSC’s transaction data to determine eligibility and refund amounts.
