Common Questions About This Settlement

Typically 6–18 months after the filing deadline closes. Once all claims are reviewed and the court approves the final distribution plan, the settlement administrator sends payments — usually by check or direct deposit. You don't need to take any action after filing. SettlementRadar tracks payout status and will surface updates when distribution begins.
File anyway — if you don't qualify, your claim will simply be rejected with no consequence to you. The worst outcome is a form that goes nowhere. Most people are surprised to learn they qualify; eligibility is often broader than the settlement name implies. When in doubt, the 2–5 minutes it takes to file is always worth it.
