About This Settlement
Maxar Space Systems 2024 cyber incident class action settlement: the October 2024 breach of this Westminster, Colorado defense and geospatial intelligence contractor exposed the personal information of current and former employees. Settlement class members qualify for three years of credit monitoring, up to $3,500 in out-of-pocket expense reimbursement, and a $100 California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) payment for California residents. Claim deadline is July 16, 2026.
