Class members must meet all of the following criteria: They are or were a Bank of America account holder in the United States. Bank of America charged them more than one out-of-network balance inquiry fee during the same visit to an FCTI Inc.-owned ATM located in a 7-Eleven store. The transaction(s) occurred between May 1, 2018, and Nov. 16, 2021. They did not make a valid claim and receive payment in Weiss v. FCTI Inc., Case No. 37-2024-00016908-CU-BT-NC. Individuals who received an email or postcard notice about the settlement are likely class members. There are two categories of class members: Current account holders: Individuals who still have an open Bank of America account Past account holders: Individuals who closed their Bank of America account after receiving fee charges
