PHOENIX — The Arizona attorney general announced that the state has entered three settlements with Greystar and two of its apartment complexes over junk fees and other hidden charges that were not clearly displayed to tenants. The attorney general’s office anticipates $1.5 million in restitution to be paid to aggrieved Arizonans.
